Hi Sweethearts,

Sorry haven’t blogged for a whole week! I’ve been so so busy slogging my guts out at work, however I did manage to get down to Westfield to pick up a few bits and pieces for my first haul post!

I went in to INGLOT for the first time as I have heard really good things about the brand. For a while I’ve been after a decent eyebrow pencil/kit to help me shape my brows as I have recently started getting them threaded.

The sales assistant suggested I go for the INGLOT full metal brow pencil. I must say it gives a very natural look because of the wax texture.

It’s so cute!
It also comes with a brow brush attached to the other end, which I only discovered AFTER I had bought a brow brush seperately… *huff*

INGLOT full metal brow pencil – approx £10.00
INGLOT brow brush – approx £5.00

Anyway, I then went in to Superdrug and bought this gorgeous shimmer block in ‘Just Peachy’.
Perfect as a blusher, highlight, or as individual eyeshadows.

I also needed a new foundation so I went to boots and wondered around until I found myself looking at the maxfactor stand.
The girl came over and asked if I needed help, which I did, as I needed to get matched with the right colour for my skin, however her own makeup was a bit of a state so I was hesitant to even let her help me! But I got talking to her and she actually matched me perfectly so wasn’t too bad.

‘MaxFactor Miracle Touch’

Ive only been using it a couple of days but I absolutely love this product and have definitely felt the benefits:
full coverage
skin can breathe
light feel
However, it does has a dewy texture so might not be good for oily skin types.
It also comes with a sponge to apply it with.

I also bought 2 other MaxFactor products..
‘Mastertouch’ under-eye concealer in Fair £7.99

And a new lippy in the colour ‘Raisin’ £7.99
It’s so lush!

When I purchased all three products the girl gave me a free gift which contained the False Lash Effect mascara, some Pantene sachets (which I have now used) and a nail varnish (which I gave to Kane’s mum as the colour didn’t suit me)

I was happy about the mascara as I needed a new one but when I got home and took it out the gift bag it was in black brown, so I need to buy a black one when I’m out next.

I must say I tried this on my lashes and I find it’s very watery and not my type of mascara to be honest. The brush isn’t great either as it doesn’t really lift them, but hey it was free so…

hope you like this post, picture overload!

catch up with you all soon

Kel x
